Users undertake and declare not to engage in conduct that may disrupt, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect the regular operation, security, or accessibility of the Services, nor shall the Services or their contents be employed for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, malicious, or injurious purposes. The provision of information to CrewgleAI, whether pertaining to account creation, contact, or functional engagement, must reflect accurate, current, and complete details, and any intentional misrepresentation of identity, contact credentials, or other material information shall constitute a breach meriting the remedies articulated herein. The inclusion of external hyperlinks, embedded references, or access gateways to third-party websites is provided solely as a convenience; CrewgleAI neither endorses nor assumes any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legal compliance of content, privacy policies, or business practices linked externally, and usage of such third-party resources proceeds at the sole discretion and risk of the user.

CrewgleAI, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, expressly disclaims all representations and warranties—whether statutory, express, or implied—with respect to the availability, continuity, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or reliability of any part, feature, or deliverable associated with the Services. In no event, whether under contract, tort, statutory liability, or any other theory, shall CrewgleAI, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or relating in any manner to usage, access, reliance, inability to use, or malfunction of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrewgleAI, its management, functionaries, agents, partners, successors, or assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, occasioned by or attributable to user engagement with the Services, or breach of any term, duty, or representation set forth herein. CrewgleAI reserves the unfettered right at any time—without notice, justification, or liability—to amend, alter, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify any component of this Agreement, or any feature of the Services, and subsequent continued access or usage shall constitute renewed acceptance. The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India; jurisdiction for any disputes, claims, controversies, or proceedings shall reside exclusively with the courts situated within the territorial
boundaries of India.
